Hey! I'm Jason. Nice to meet you!

I started out as a photographer back in 2013, mainly shooting family photos and portraits. Since then, in addition to working with hundreds of portrait clients, I have also subcontracted for commercial brands such as CAA, CIBC, IAAO, Travelzoo, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, G Fuel, Billy Bones BBQ, Medexus Pharmaceuticals (Nyda), The City of Niagara Falls, Niagara South Coast Tourism, Silvergate Homes, Sunlife Financial and more.

In 2015 and 2016, I had the opportunity to compete in the Skills Canada competition at the regional, provincial, and in 2016, national levels. I am honoured to be able to say that I placed gold all the way, achieving the Canadian national championship for photography in June 2016. It was an amazing experience to work alongside some of Canada's leading student photographers, each highly skilled and equally humble. Since then, I have volunteered each year as head judge for the Ontario competition.

When I'm not behind the camera, I love cooking, learning Spanish, teaching and working with children, travelling, performing magic, swimming, playing the piano, going for bike rides in the balmy summer weather, and creating! Oh, and I'm British, having immigrated to Canada in July 2010. So yeah, I have an accent too!

Teaching splash photography at Fort Erie Secondary School to Grade 7/8 summer school students - this was pretty fun!

I currently live in Fort Erie, Ontario, a beautiful and scenic border town in the Niagara Region, about a half-hour away from Niagara Falls, and close to the cities of Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold and Welland.
